I had bought this scooter from my son. In-law's parents and uh I was thrilled to get it. So I could get around and become more independent and uh, yeah, I'm about 2 months in, I noticed as I was coming home from somewhere that the lights on, my uh, power gauge. Would go from 5 green down to one green and uh, the vehicle would stop, and I would have to let go of the the handle and then the lights would come back on. We walked in and they greeted us. No issue or attitudes at all. I know I wasn’t supposed to but I drove every mobile scooter they had and they didn’t even fuss. We bought a battery and charger port. I would most definitely do business with them and encourage people to do business with them.
