Great customer service and very reliable! Was able to rent a recliner chair for just 2 weeks when in town recovering from a hip replacement surgery. Will use them again if needed!
I love the folks here because they are enormously supportive, knowledgeable, and warm—I bought a comfy new mattress for my hospital bed, have rented a battery operated chair, and I’m about to buy a scooter. What impresses me most is their attitude of helpfulness and problem solving. Invaluable as I continue on this journey!

I walked In the door looking for a screw, I’d been trying to call the company who sold me my chair originally with no call back. Chris came out looked at my wheel chair, got the screw I needed put it on my chair and sent me on my way. He wouldn’t accept any money and took awesome care of me, I will return here in the future! Thank you for the excellent service!!
I highly recommend mobility City to anyone who needs excellent service. They inspected my sleep share found the problem after much investigation, ordered the parts and then made an appointment to come to my home to repair the controls. Everything was right on time and now my sleep chair which I had for over a decade is working perfectly again. I give mobility city five stars and again my highest recommendation signed Radio Ron
