We rented the Zoomer motorized wheelchair from Mobility City so my mom could get around France on our choir tour - the chair was a godsend! Mom was able to keep up with the group without worry, and it was wonderful to be able to check the chair through baggage on our flights. When we were at the Louvre, mom was able to zip around the lines of people to get an up-close viewing of the Mona Lisa! The staff at Mobility City could not have been kinder or more helpful. Highly recommended.
It was a pleasure meeting Chris, the owner of the store. I don't usually write Google reviews, but this is one I am happy to contribute. Shopping for mobility devices, especially when you're already in pain, is exhausting and sometimes frustrating. Chris made the process enjoyable and easy, with no pressure at all. We were coming in to look at some options for my wife. Chris, the owner, was not only a consummate gentleman but a caring and empathetic professional. He worked out potential solutions for her and she was able to try different operating and different models of scooter and power chair to see what might be appropriate. There was no pressure, it is a consultation and a highly valuable one. I would recommend Chris and his store to any who ask.
Called in with a question about potential scooter repair. The team researched the issue for me, gave me clear pricing for two alternatives, and told me how to potentially diagnose it myself. Then they told me how to potentially fix the issue and it worked (turned out to be very simple issue). The help was on point, timely, and the service excellent and friendly. Will definitely call with future concerns with the device, if any.
