I bought a lightweight electric wheelchair from owner Josh at Mobility City several years ago. I had some issues with the joystick this week. Chase spent hours reprogramming it and helping me in other ways. While I was waiting, Carson answered all of my questions about power chairs versus scooters etc. Between the two of them, I can’t imagine a more customer oriented, thoughtful, and kind interaction.
