We have rented a lift chair two times. Both rentals were seamless, delivery, set up and pick up were worry free. The delivery person is very professional and respectful.
We just had a wonderful experience with Mobility City of Southwest Florida in Ft Myers. Two years ago we bought a mobility scooter from Mobility City of Sarasota. 3 months ago we had an issue and called them for service. The scooter came with a 2 year warranty which expired last week. To say we received horrible service from Mobility City of Sarasota would be an understatement. Highly recommended! My mom very suddenly needed to come stay with us. I called around noon and by the end of the day I had everything she needed dropped off and set up. Everyone I dealt with was so professional and made her transition easy. I am so grateful for companies like this!
