Complete pleasure to deal with! I rented a recliner for post rotator cuff surgery. Delivery was right on time and the chair even looked brand new. The store person had a wonderful personality and very efficient. Would definitely recommend Mobility City in Lakeland.

This business is the biggest joke I’ve ever had the misfortune to work with. They are noncommunicative and then lie when you are able to get communication from them. They sent my van out to be fixed while I was on a cruise and never asked my permission to do so. Then when I returned they expected me to pay the $785 it cost. When I refused they refused to give me back my keys.
