We had one of the best salesman( Dakota Nelson) at the Springfield, Mo. location. He answered all our questions, very courteous.
I took my mother in yesterday to get a wheelchair. Dakota showed us different options and helped make the choice easy. Mom loves her new red wheelchair and I love how light it is. We had a walker repaired there several years ago and the service was excellent then as well. We highly recommend Mobility City.
I've been there there twice. They worked on my walker at no charge in the past. I brought mine in yesterday because of a noise, they got it working right again. I ended up buying a new model. They were courteous, friendly, not pushy at all and suggested I bring it in often for them to check it out for me at no charge.
Replaced 2 batteries in my husband's scooters. Had it done in no time and they were very reasonable Very nice young men and they have learned our future business !! Thank you!!!
