We rented a mobility scooter for my mom for our 9/2/23-9/10/23 Norfolk cruise and this experience was the best we’ve ever had renting a scooter (normally we go through FL so we use their companies) We got there about 930 and the scooter was ready to go and fully charged. Signed a couple documents saying we were responsible for damages and for bringing it back and we were on our way.
