My son’s wheelchair had an issue after being worked on by another company. His wheelchair is not very common and he doesn’t have a backup. After calling multiple places and hearing we don’t work on those I spoke with Curt at Mobility City. He not only was very familiar with my son’s wheelchair he felt like he could provide a temporary solution while waiting on part. Arrived very early on a Saturday no less, was greeted and taken care of by the staff, could have been the manager, very nice and professional, we rented one of the scooters, one that was easily broken down and placed in the car for transport purposes. Mom is 93, bad knees and was Adamant about not using one. I think has changed her mind a bit and it will be a lot easier on her and the family if she decides she wants one. Glad you were there for us.
Very professional and helped with what we needed for a rental mobility scooter. Very quick and easy process. Great people do deal with!! I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future if the need arises!!
Great customer service. I rented a power chair for a week to use at a big car auction out of town. It worked GREAT!! Kurt treats you right, knows this business, and can give you good advice. I'll definitely be back.
