I called on Friday about renting a mobile scooter and told them I would be in to pick one up on Wednesday, but I was coming in on Monday to check out the scooter when I came in on Tuesday. They said they were totally out and all their scooters was given to the state fair he should have told me that on Friday very poor customer service and business.
We went to Mobility City to look at a sturdy wheelchair and lift for our daughter so she could get to work and explore life. We equipped her car and our car so Monica's chair could be hauled much more easily. Kurt reviewed the best chairs to meet our needs. He explained the chairs extremely well, which helped us make the best decision for our family. Kurt was extremely helpful with everything we needed. I highly recommend Mobility City for anyone looking to make life enjoyable for someone who needs extra help.
Great service, fast service, very nice people
From pick up to drop off we had impeccable service. We were promptly greeted at both pick up and drop off. They made sure we knew how to operate and disassemble/reassemble the scooter before we left. We will definitely do business with them again should our need arise. Two thumbs up!!
