My buying experience at Mobility City was a Great experience. Fast and easy from the get go! My sales associate Alex was extremely helpful, she went far and beyond to get me the help I needed. I couldn't go into the store so my transaction was done quickly over the phone. I purchased my scooter and got it delivered within an hour. A horrible experience not only did they charge more rent than what was due on power chair, they turned over to the police after charging my card numerous times. I also know they have done this before. I cannot give less than 1stars or I would. Nasty way of running a business when card wouldn’t process. Rent was past due less than two weeks agreed to sell chair for 1200.00 then raised to 15000.00 after paying almost 900.00. Would never do business with Mobility Edinburg again. It’s the Manager not the staff.
