I went in to get my battery replaced and charging port cleared out as it wasn't working; during the process I explained that I only use the port while on the go and mainly wireless charge at home, after they serviced my phone they sold me a phone case that they said I could wirelessly charge with and would cover the usb port to stop build up. I cannot wirelessly charge it without taking the case apart (which will make it wear out faster and is a pain to do) and when I went back in for a refund or a suitable replacement they ... read more
