If I could give this KIOSK negative stars, I would! I came to purchase a phone case for my iPhone 14 and was upsold to a new glass screen and protector. When my phone was returned to me, a warning flashed on the screen saying that the glass was not an Apple product and could harm the phone. The tech assured me it was fine. I am a senior and not up on technology. Two hours later, my phone was so hot it couldn't be touched! It was late, so I put the phone on charge and hoped it would be better in the morning.
