Horrid service. Sold a phone that was used and didn't work. Tried to repair my cell at the same time. Damaged it further. I only needed a screen and they tried to say I needed a new battery NEVER CALLED TO SAY ANY OF THAT) My phone was only a year old. Then gave me a different phone that they claimed didn't work on my network yet I had used my own phone which was a new one. It's shocking the lies they told and gauging. Fool me once, shame on you! I offer this review as a warning to anyone else who might make silly assumptions as to what guarantees and warranties actually mean. I purchased an expensive phone for the first time ever, and wanted to ensure it was protected, so I came here and got an Otterbox and the Hammershield screen protector.
