If I could give a Negative 5 star review, I would an employee there told me because I have such an expensive phone that I should have the screen protector that is promised not to break my phone. Well, I sat down on my couch and fell out on my floor and my actual phone screen broke. I went back and they said well too bad nothing we could do about it. Horrible service
I went to the kiosk version of your store and paid $25.00 + tax for a screen protector for my S23 Ultra that has dust particles and a hair wedged in between the protector and the screen. I walked away and noticed within a minute of the bad job that was done. When I went back and brought it up to the clerk there he first said I was wrong, and then when I insisted he look closer he huffed and pretty much said tough luck it's stuck on there now. I'm not impressed at all. I'll be ripping this off as soon as I get home otherwise ... read more
