this business is certainly not customer friendly. they do all they can to make life difficult.
Radiologist misread an xray causing irreparable damage. Would not recommend.
My mother was scheduled for a test on Easter Sunday of all days, between the hours of 1 and 4. She hasn't eaten since breakfast and has diabetes. At 3:45 I inquired to one of the nurses here at the home what was going on. It wasn't until the home called on my behalf that we found out that no one was coming and had to reschedule. This is ludacris that no one called to give a heads up. UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least.
