FRAUD ALERT…. this place somehow got a hold of my insurance information and billed my insurance on 2 separate dates $530 each day. The days were literally 6 calendar days apart. I’ve never heard of or visited this place in my life. What’s even more strange is that I haven’t had a Covid test since 2021 and that was at Walgreens pharmacy. Reported and this is FRAUD..
