Avoid this shop – terrible service and poor quality! I bought a screen protector here two weeks ago, and it had a clear fault – a visible line straight down the middle that appeared whenever there were fingerprints or a bit of moisture. I went back the following week to ask for a replacement. Strangely, they tried to swap it for a completely different (and cheaper) screen protector – which I declined. One of the other staff had actually mentioned the price difference when I first bought it, so I knew they were trying to fob ... read more
Recently had some significant water damage to my iPhone 14 Pro, where the phone was completely lifeless and I had not backed it up for over a year. I lost all my wedding and honeymoon photos! Andy was extremely helpful and did everything he could to recover all the data I had lost! By some miracle - he restored the phone within 3 weeks and his price was very reasonable given the intensive labour involved. Much appreciated.
girl was very rude to me wouldnt replace my item when i ask i will pay for enough and proceeded to give me attitude when I was nice will not be coming back here very disappointed
Phew been trying for a week to write this review finally found out how to do it. I can't not write this review cos Andy was very good with lots of patience. My phone was lock out n he did a factory reset, that took about an hour. He asked me if I want to transfer my data from present phone to one he had repaired.
