Property overall is maintained alright but trailer homes are run down... place is closing down now... all trailers are being condemned for unsuitable living!!!
I don't know where to begin, run down, maintenance is asleep at the wheel, broken subflooring, rat/mouse infestation, my son moved in seven years ago, when original owner owned the park, they are now on second management since then. "Elevated management" a firm from the south central minn. Doubt they examined the park before purchasing. They don't care about repairs, if repair happens, you will wait an eternity. Have tried MANY times to get ahold of the owners about renting. They are impossible to get ahold of. They dont answer the number on the sign. They dont have a website. They dont answer ads.
