My experience with Mobile Vehicle Mechanics was SUBERB! I am big on customer service and their service was top notch! My first call with Keith set the tone and the bar high. Then, Anthony the mechanic followed in Keith footsteps by giving me top notch service as well! Anthony is an AWESOME mechanic! My car runs smoothly! I highly recommend Mobile Vehicle Mechanic.

The issues started from the very beginning. We called them because their ratings were pretty good btw. Called them around 10 am they told us they wouldn’t be able to get out to us until 2pm. So we waited on the side of the road. While setting the appointment the lady explained that there was $125 fee to come out but that if we chose to do the work with the company it would go towards the final bill. Jamaica was very professional and have very good customer service skills and answer all my questions that I had and was able to fix my vehicle and a really good time. I really appreciate this company. We’ll use them again.
Needed my car serviced. The appointment was easy to book. The technician arrived in a timely manner. He quickly assessed my car and informed me of what needed to be done. They were a bit expensive for me and I did get two different price quotes from the person who answered the call and the actual mechanic who serviced my vehicle. The mechanic was very quick and my car is running smoothly again.
