May 19,2026: I reached out this morning between 11:30-11:45 hoping to find a mobile mechanic to swap my old steering wheel with a replacement. Keith answered and got me booked right away or so I thought. I was told that the mechanic would be to out to me in 45 minutes to an hour. 2pm roll around and no one called, texted or emailed. I text the number of the mechanic (Cortez) to get an eta, and he didn't respond. KC is absolutely awesome. I’ve never had a mobile auto mechanic that is so responsive. He knows what he’s doing and gets the job done right or he makes it right. He had to wait on some parts and as soon as they came in he was right back at my house to fix my car. I can’t say enough good things about him. Highly recommend him for any auto repairs.
We had a hiccup after repairs and Keith promptly rectified the issue and provided excellent customer care and service. Thank you Keith for your help and getting my vehicles back in order.
I had my transmission replaced here and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The mechanic was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly before any work was done. The repair was completed on time, the pricing was fair.
