Outstanding surgeons. Staff supportive. Friendly. Wonderful having Dr Novick treat my husband with complete success.
Someone had the wrong number listed and I got repeated phone calls from their office, instead of a voicemail being left. When I finally picked up to confirm I was not the person they were looking for, the caller on the other end had a very rude comment to say prior to hanging up with me. Would highly recommend training those on the phone to ensure proper, polite customer care (especially in the event you are repeatedly calling a number and it could be considered spam).
Working at MVP has felt like a breath of fresh air. Management has been nothing short of supportive and involved. I am very happy to be a part of such a great team!
