They have the worst system for paying a Medicare Gap fee. The name of the account on the invoice is not accepted by St.George Bank as legit. They tell you to include characters in the description on payment receipt that St George doesn't accept. Then they call a day later asking whether the account is paid even though an email was sent to them from St George stating it had.
Unprofessional person rude patient in respite care pictures not able to be uploaded to Surgeons clinic had to take resident who is 90 years old for more X-rays so they could be assessed .Three complaints already from this company was expressed by Surgeons administration staff infront of the patient and there family member Technician needs to be retrained
