Very disappointed with the service. I was charged $392 for one tyre, which I feel is extremely expensive compared with normal tyre prices. The pricing was not clear before the service, and I expected much better value for money. I recommend customers check prices and charges carefully before agreeing to the service.
After having a tyre fail while driving to work, I was incredibly pleased to be able to buy two new tyres and have them installed, after work. All at the place I had abandoned my vehicle. No towing required. So helpful. Great customer service over the phone. The technician was so capable. Thank you.
