I brought a PlayStation 5 to get fixed and left with it scratched up and half way working then they wanted extra money to fix something that should have been included .Horrible communication. I came into this location today to get my children’s broken tablet screens fixed. I arrived around 1:10 PM and paid the gentleman $240 cash. He told me he would be there when I picked up the tablets and handed me a piece of paper as a receipt, when I went back to get the tablets, his partner said that I did not pay for his services. He called the guy that we dealt with in the beginning and he claimed we did not give him any money.
