Need option for 0 stars. Should have done my research better! Did not fix problem. Never returned phone calls or texts. Operates under different phone numbers & has a listing for several towns in Noco. Was scammed. Wasted $180. Only accepts cash. Buyer beware.
I'm kinda sad about posting this review, having used Scott for both mower and snow blower for over 4 years but lately something has changed. I asked for an estimate to refurbish and old snow blower. Instead of an estimate I got a phone call to say it was fixed and how much it cost. I picked it up, leaving the payment in cash, and brought it home. No way will it start. This man is a con artist this is a scam. Returned the lawnmower in the same condition . No estimate given after picking up my lawnmower. Called said it was ready with a bill of 130.$. No explanation of what was wrong with it. Returned lawnmower to my home. Would also drop price to 120.$ if cash was given. Lawnmower still would not start and he will not return any phone calls. Have filed a report with attorney general office.
Our mower was in a bad way. Full service and tune up performed, and it's now running perfectly. Thank you! Highly recommended.
Took our snowblower in to get a few parts on it replaced and a tune up. Great job.
