Absolutely amazing service and expertise! Managed to fix my water damaged S24 Ultra.
Popped in to get a phone screen protector changed. I had a bunch at home but they are not accessible to me right now. Customer service guy was very kind and made me a deal, and quickly installed my new screen protector. Would return. Great service.
Maher at the Hillside Mall location did a wonderful job and he was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely return for future needs.
Rude and defensive
I was actually referred here by the manager of a shop a couple of doors down (MobileQ?) The person running the store was patient and thorough. When it turned out my Samsung S20 FE 5G charging problem was the motherboard, he charged me for the new battery, but told me just to bring the phone back when I got a new one so he could retrieve the new charging port he'd installed, and didn't charge me. $60 for roughly three hours he spent tracking down the issue. Hard to beat the value.
