Very Efficient and good customer service
Absolutely amazing experience. I was very well taken care of and the gentleman was extremely helpful. Have been to him 2 times so far and will most definitely come again. Strongly recommend. 👍👍
I bought a screen protector today, Feb 15, 2026. The price was good, service was good until I paid and was going to put my phone back in its protective case when the guy damn near just grabbed the phone out of my hand to put the phone in its case himself. I'm not sure if he thought I didn't know what I was doing, or wasn't fast enough. Everything was good until then. Good by Mobile Snap. I will NOT be a repeat customer.
I would recommend throwing your phone against a brick wall and seeing if that fixes it before taking it here. A cell phone case kiosk trying to disguise themselves as a cellular repair shop. Took it in for a simple battery replacement, called me to come back and get it and the touch screen didn’t work anymore. Left it with them to “fix”, came back and picked up my phone to find out the speaker for your ear now didn’t work so all phone calls have to be done on speaker phone.
