Reached out to this company for a tune up of my lawn mower and we agreed on a day they would arrive. I took the day off work to accommodate. By 2:30, I hadn’t heard anything from the tech so I texted and asked if they had an arrival update. I received a response that they were behind and would have to reschedule. Since I took the day off work, it wasn’t possible for me to accommodate another weekday and if there were any other options. If not, I’d have to find an alternative. Great service, definitely recommend
He asked me to send picture of lawn mover and address which I did. He then agreed to come on Tuesday 5/6/25. Once I explained the problem he changed his mind and said he cannot come. My toro lawn mover self propelled stopped working he wanted to perform basic tuneup which i did not need. This simple job changing belt but he cannot perform.
