I found Jim through a recommendation. My car with nearly 200k miles had blown its head gasket. Jim talked to me over the phone and had me check a few things to make sure I wouldn’t do further damage driving it to his garage for the big repair. He sent me updates during the repair, and was finished a day earlier than expected.
