We had custom screens made for two windows of our house and, once installed, they work amazing. The pricing was very reasonable and the final product is well-made. That said, communication was the most challenging part of the process. Their new answering service routes calls, and responses back were inconsistent and slow at times. We called for a new screen door with installation. Kyle came out, did a good job measuring & said someone would call with an estimate. He had trouble finding our place after being given the wrong first name & address. When no one called after 4 days, we did & were told someone else would be giving us an estimate..2 weeks later & nothing. Very unprofessional.

We have placed in order for a brand new screen door with their tough mesh and needed a new screen for one of the doors we already had with their regular mesh. They had wrapped the two items together when we picked them so we didn't realize until we got home that they put the tough mesh on the screen door that just needed the regular mesh and the new screen door had the regular mesh. I reached out to Tualatin Mobile Screens to build me a new screen door. Mine that had been on for 20+ years and one day totally collapsed on itself. They had one of their seasoned technicians come out and measure. He seemed to really know what he was doing in terms of measurements. However, once my screen had been built and another technician came out to install it, the screen door handle collided with my security gate handle.
