We have placed in order for a brand new screen door with their tough mesh and needed a new screen for one of the doors we already had with their regular mesh. They had wrapped the two items together when we picked them so we didn't realize until we got home that they put the tough mesh on the screen door that just needed the regular mesh and the new screen door had the regular mesh. I reached out to Tualatin Mobile Screens to build me a new screen door. Mine that had been on for 20+ years and one day totally collapsed on itself. They had one of their seasoned technicians come out and measure. He seemed to really know what he was doing in terms of measurements. However, once my screen had been built and another technician came out to install it, the screen door handle collided with my security gate handle. Screen quality is good, price is fair, the only thing that kept it from 5 stars was the installation had to be rescheduled a couple of times due to the assigned technician being unavailable. I still would recommend them for window screen services as they were professional and thorough during measurements and installation. Also if you have to call their customer service then you get a response right away, virtually no hold time.
