I bought a new unit 8 months ago and because I did not buy it from a Texas dealership (I went to Georgia to get it), I could not find a Texas dealer to handle the warranty. The manufacturer has worked hand-in-hand with Chris and he has been outstanding. This is soooo much better than me having to drive it 2 hours away, leave it and then go back to get it. You must call Chris if you are experiencing RV issues! We recently stayed in Tyler Texas and had issues with our AC unit and kitchen faucet! His resonse was immediate, efficient and priced fairly. Chris went the extra mile to pick up needed parts for the necessary repairs! Would highly recommend him based on our experience with his service. Excellent service!
