Tracy is excellent to work with! We are staying at an RV park here in Boise for 4 months, and had a leaking water heater. I contacted Tracy, he called back shortly after I left a message and said he would come out later that afternoon to look at it. He did and as he thought, our almost 20 year old water was extremely corroded and rusted and needed to be replaced.
