I had these guys fix my motorized step last year. I haven’t used my RV since they fixed it, it has just been sitting in my driveway. I put the step down after they fixed it so I could more easily go in and out of the RV to fix things. When I tried to put the step back in, it wouldn’t go back in. So I texted them to see what kind of warranty there was, and they said labor was 90 days and parts were a year. So it has been just over a year and they aren’t willing to warranty their work. Tyler is awesome he comes in diagnosed the problem right away. Parts are ordered and they reschedule quickly and are very efficient with any type of install. We have been using them for years and very satisfied
