My family has been with AAA for over 10 years, never have I ever experienced such poor service. They were dispatched to tow my car, that broke down a mile down the street, to my mechanic and told me they could not do that. They then said they could service my car, but I would be charged a fee. When I told them I was calling through AAA and didn't understand why I would be charged a fee I was told to fix my attitude or else they were going to hang up. Had to have my Civic towed to West Broad Honda, asked for a flatbed, since we haven’t driven the car for a while. James showed up, right on time. He offered to blow up the tires & jumped the battery, and had no problem dropping my key in the drop box for me at the dealership! I have Never had anything other than a completely positive experience any time I’ve been there or called for service! Mobile Repairs, y’all are all awesome, all the time!! Thank you!!!
My wife took her car to these guys to see what needed to be done to pass inspection. She told them specifically this was not for the inspection, but to see if it would pass. They agreed, then went right ahead, scraped off the old sticker and put on the failed one. When confronted, they said, "Oh well, there's nothing we can do now, it's already in the system." Then they charged her $20.
I have known David and Betty Jo since high school that means 40 years they are great honest people and very friendly also .David is very knowledgeable in his field I would recommend them to anyone.
Our car broke down over 100 miles from home. MRSC was the closest AAA center and they were great. The tow truck came in about 30 minutes, the crew did a quick check of the car within 30 minutes so we could decide how to proceed, and they allowed us to leave the car on their lot for almost two weeks until we could return. Would highly recommend this shop!
