I had paid for roadsideassistancein my Budget Truck contract and did call the number for a possible battery jump assist within the City. Mobile Repair Logistics LLC answered the phone but They didn'tshow up for over twohours and eventually I started my van left. I am confused as to why they billed a total of $400.75 against me for no service rendered. Did the roadside assistancechargethat amount for showing up lateeven though they had renderedno service?
