I need a replacement charger for a very old laptop. Popped in on a Saturday morning and the assistant couldn't have been more helpful. Lots of trouble shooting to figure out what voltage was required, then on to find a fitting that would fit.
Very polite but refused to even attempt replacing the battery in my Samsung Gear S3 watch. "It's not the sort of thing we want to get into doing, try somewhere else". If you can't count on someone local to even try then what's the point of having Local in the name of your business?
This place does print outs from your USB stick and we're more than happy to help. We had a word document to print out and the library computers/printers do not recognise any Microsoft program, so basically useless to me! We also wanted an Aerial for our telstra Dongle and they knew straight away what we needed for it. Go to these guys if you want friendly helpful advice...or printing.
