ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE – legal action in progress!!! I brought my iPhone 15 Pro Max in for a simple screen replacement. The phone was fully functional apart from a cracked screen. After the repair, the new screen was faulty — 5 millimeters were missing at the bottom of the display. for the price of 529$!!! I asked for a proper repair or a refund. I need a replacement charger for a very old laptop. Popped in on a Saturday morning and the assistant couldn't have been more helpful. Lots of trouble shooting to figure out what voltage was required, then on to find a fitting that would fit.
Very polite but refused to even attempt replacing the battery in my Samsung Gear S3 watch. "It's not the sort of thing we want to get into doing, try somewhere else". If you can't count on someone local to even try then what's the point of having Local in the name of your business?
