My mom is bed bound and I called them and they got doctors to her within 2 weeks. I recommend these sweet doctors and staff to anyone.
If you’re looking for competent, responsive healthcare—look elsewhere. This office is consistently disorganized and unresponsive. It has taken three to four phone calls just to correct basic issues like prescriptions or referrals. Calls are rarely returned within 24–48 hours, if at all. I’ve dealt with this kind of negligence three separate times, and most recently, it resulted in my 80-year-old paraplegic mother going without her medication for five days. Kelli Monnin is taking great care of both my parents since they moved to Florida. I really appreciate the way she communicates, and the emphasis she puts on not rushing to immediately add more medications, but rather to look for simpler, more natural ways to keep them healthy whenever possible. I'm a big fan. She's an asset to the company and to her patients, for sure.
Courtney is the rep who I deal with and she is AMAZING!!! Every time I call her with a patient who is in need of a mobile MD, she is very quick to respond to me. She makes sure that the MD goes out to see the pt asap and keeps me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Courtney at Mobile Physician Services. 😊
