Charlie has helped me a few times and has been an absolute delight to work with .. He has been extremely helpful with advice regarding repairs and ensures he explains everything in a way you can understand (without making you feel silly) .. He also goes above and beyond with keeping in touch during any work being done or if need help with arranging a place to get dropped off in yeppoon ..
