Charlie completely restored my faith in customer service. He took the time to figure out exactly what was wrong with my laptop and did everything he could to fix it. Honest, patient, genuinely caring, and reasonably priced, truly a rare find.

Good bloke! Went in because my phone wasn’t charging and found out it was due to being dirty, he cleaned it for free. Legend!
Charlie was awesome. I drowned my Galaxy S23, he pulled it apart and sadly it was deceased. Was very efficient and showed me where the issues were. Great bloke to chat with and when I went to pay for his time he didn't want anything. Don't get service like that very often, thanks a lot Charlie.
