What a mess. Worst manager you will ever encounter. Glorifed maintenance man thats a time bomb waiting to go off. I genuinely feel sorry for the people that are stuck in this place. (At least the normal ones) multiple people living here off tbe books no background checks done. Massive amount of foot and car traffic coming at all hours to #39 -rockwoods finest attached pic. The guy you will have to deal with 🤣 Very sad.

Has a pool and nice entrance bad part of town
I went to look at a mobile home which was easy to find, like most of there parks it looks very crowded as there is so little space between places. The road is paved and the park appears to be in a good area of town. Very little traffic in the park, I was there just before noon on a Sunday. The park is 55+ only.
