My husband and I walked into the store to see about replacing the screen protector on his iPhone 16 pro that was cracked. A nice young man was very eager to assist us found the replacement screen protector and was applying it to the phone when we mentioned what we thought was a cracked camera lens. What happened was I was trying to return an item to Shein. As you know, Shein provides a free QR code so you don’t have to print a label yourself. It’s supposed to be a no-cost return when you drop it off at a USPS location or an approved service partner. When I got to the counter at a place called Postal Station and Mobile Page, I showed them the QR code. The staff member said I had to pay a dollar for them to print the label.
