What happened was I was trying to return an item to Shein. As you know, Shein provides a free QR code so you don’t have to print a label yourself. It’s supposed to be a no-cost return when you drop it off at a USPS location or an approved service partner. When I got to the counter at a place called Postal Station and Mobile Page, I showed them the QR code. The staff member said I had to pay a dollar for them to print the label. New employees on the postal station are very rude and clearly don’t know how to use their own system.
