I called this company and spoke with John about requesting some assistance with unlocking a phone. In addition to being extremely unhelpful, John was (off the charts) rude. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. Einstein Wireless on the east side was able to help me with a smile. When I called back to tell Mobile One Wireless (a) that their service on the phone was unacceptable and (b) another company was extremely helpful, John was entirely uninterested. Over the last 10 years Mobile One wireless has repaired countless phones for my business (we break a LOT of phones). They offer fair prices and excellent service. Our phones are typically fixed by the next day! The repairs have been effective and last - they are fixed righ the first time!
