I called this company and spoke with John about requesting some assistance with unlocking a phone. In addition to being extremely unhelpful, John was (off the charts) rude. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. Einstein Wireless on the east side was able to help me with a smile.
When I called back to tell Mobile One Wireless (a) that their service on the phone was unacceptable and (b) another company was extremely helpful, John was entirely uninterested. Then he hung up on me. Twice. I called back and asked to speak with a manager. After trying to explain my concerns in a very polite, friendly way, I was spoken to aggressively and with profane language. I was threatened to be served with papers for harassment. I'm not making any of this up. I was told my phone calls were being recorded and that they knew my name. The person on the other end of the phone -- who identified himself as the owner, Rob (would not give his last name) -- also warned me not to call back, impl
