Go with another home care company. They never answer the phone or return messages. I'm waiting to schedule an appointment and get a test back. I asked to speak to the main manager, Adriana, and the rude girl told me she's in a meeting and will not return calls.
Darlene, the intake manager is terrible and should find a different job where she has no interaction with patients
the medical assistants take messages which never get passed on. Same with prescriptions. I can only leave messages since nobody answers the phone. Bad business! I don’t recommend
