I called to inquire about getting a document notarized. The gentleman who answered quickly rattled off another phone number to call and rudely hung up on me. I didn’t even have a chance to speak another word or ask for him to let me grab a pen so I could write the number down. I tried calling back and no one answered. Very unprofessional and frankly disappointing.

Frank went above and beyond to get our docs delivered and notarized. He acted as an important liaison in this whole process and offered his help to us without asking. Professional and courteous.
