I had my mower inspected by another shop. All Mower Medics did was replace the oil & filter. My technician at Mower Medics was Norm. For this they charged me $138.62. Did they think I would not know or find out?... These people are scammers... I recommend steering clear of them.
The first year I used this company they did a good job, this year they did not and were not willing to correct the problem. To be honest I just do not trust them to deliver what they promise. I told them I was not happy and it did not seem to matter to them.
