We used this service a couple of times with good results. Last time our our mower would not move. He came out tore it apart and said it needed a part. Left! Seven phones calls and still haven't heard from him. Not the best customer service.
Called Thursday PM for belt replacement on a 50” zero turn. He was here on Friday AM at our agreed time on Memorial Day Weekend. Reasonable, friendly and knows what he is doing

He came out and said he would get my lawn mower started. that's exactly what he did but as soon as he left with my money, I tried to mow the lawn and it died. Same problem as I was having before he said he fixed it. Have called him repeatedly with no response to make this right. My advice is save your money and don't call him!!
Had them out for mower repair. No showed for the second visit and then "fixed" the issue at another time. Was told mower was running when he left- went to go mow the grass that night- mower would not start. Multiple calls to try and find out what was going on and was told the repair was beyond what he felt safe doing. Took the mower to a shop and was informed the part this company "fixed" and said was the problem is faulty and is why it won't start. They will not answer the phone nor return phone calls.
