Called for a quote and the sales rep. from the Philadelphia office was very rude, arrogant and condesending. My company frequently uses storage containers and had used Mobile Mini in the past. The salesman than verbaly gave high numbers (almost 2x what I know cost are) just to get off the phone. Going forward, we will avoid doing business with this company.

I would recommend that you or your company stay away from mobile mini. last year they billed my credit card for 1 year and didn't link it to my accounts and put me into collections. Spent hours to get the issue resolved. Now here we are a year later and I went thru the new billing to find out they HAVE NOT been auto billing me and sent me to collections again. Then i find out it was removed from auto bill. Well i didn't remove it. But no one there can say who did it. Scary that your info is out there, and they have no... read more

Very poor customer service. Added charges come 3 months after you turn in your box. Buyer beware, go some place else. Nothing but ride customer service and a headache.
