Robert came to our house to diagnose a car that had been sitting in my driveway for a couple of years. It was working before but suddenly it wouldn't start. He was right on time and checked the car, measuring pressure and whatnot. He figured out what was wrong: we were using a key while its chip had been compromised. He reset the computer and we used another key and it started right away. He would never had guessed what the problem was and we could've payed hundreds of dollars to try to fix the engine. While he couldn’t get me parts in the time frame I needed he mostly diagnosed my problem and offered to call ahead to where I was going to see if they had parts for me, I’ve never seen customer service on that level and especially in this current society of the customer is no longer right. Highly recommend
Stuck at the campground in Flagstaff on a planned long road trip. It was the Fourth of July and he came out anyway and got us back on the road. We are so thankful for finding you. The rest of our trip went flawlessly, huge shout out from some Okies.
A big thanks to Mobile Medics! Very helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. I had issues with an 81 corvette and an 03 Jeep plus he looked over my 2014 Chevy van. Good service,honest and fair price. I recommend Robert and will use him in the future. Robert installed an alternator on my Jeep Patriot and guarenteed his work. The alternator quit working the next day due to a bad voltage regulator. Robert installed a new working alternator with no charge to me. Thanks you Robert for honoring your guarenty!

Worst “mechanic” in the world. Dude is on crack and watched a YouTube video before he does a job and overcharges people who don’t know how much they really should pay. Ridiculous and horrible excuse for a company. The owner is also a horrible person
