Got a phonecall from them this morning saying that my appointment was at 10:30 and it was meant to be at 9am they had stuffed up. Woman on phone kept constantly putting me on hold while I was still talking and was talking over top of me. When called out for being unkind and unprofessional they then hung up while I was still talking again and then 2 minutes after received a message saying the mechanic was sick. I'm very disappointed I paid for someone to come out both Friday and Saturday was told the job would be done for another call out fee on Saturday. On Saturday I was then told the job couldn't be done because he didn't have the right tools and was told someone would come on Monday. No one came. I tried to call the office and left msgs and had no reply. I then contacted the mechanic directly and said that he needed to come and put all the engine parts back on the car so I could take it to another mechanic. It's rediculous that... read more
