Based Off the phone call and phone call only. I had two vehicles that needed worked on. They kept hassling me to "Not do one rear break pad" even though I said One been replaced the weekend before. I needed 3 break pads installed and a rear rotor on ome vehicle. Then a alternator and battery on another. I then asked if they could make sure they come when they say they would come (due to the 3 bad reviews out of nine) His exact words "That SHOULDNT be a problem"?
