I had a great experience working with Jerrad. He responded right away and came out that evening to work on my car. The alternator was in an extremely tight spot, but he was able to replace it and get my car back up and running for a fair price. Not only does he do good work, but is also very respectful and polite. I'm very appreciative and will definitely be using his services again.
Huge thanks to Jerrad at Great Lakes Mobile Mechanic for helping out my dad this week. A few parts failed on his hyundai accent, leaving him stranded. Instead of having to deal with a tow truck, Jerrad came right out to where the car broke down got the needed parts and fixed it on the spot. He got it done incredibly fast! Highly recommend him if you need honest, reliable, and convenient automotive repair service!
Mr. Jared came through when my son needed most.. his dad lied and ghosted him.. once again and Mr. Jared showed him a real man.. with patience and being of his word.. I appreciate him more than he knows.. he changed my son's view on other people.. and for that I am thankful
Jarrett and his partners did an excellent job on my car. They had to take the old battery out and put the new battery in. It was kind of tough how they make cars today and making it hard to get to and complicated but they did a good job and I really do appreciate but both of them I thanked them both they were God sent on Easter
