Zero stars if I could. I lived here for several years and had nothing but issues. Issues with everything from management to rules that were petty ( like nobody ever can sleep over YOUR house) .. I dealt with rats for almost 3 years.. There's really no amenities for an active person and the lot rent goes up significantly every year. Many residents including myself receive eviction notices on a regular basis as a threat for simple things like clean shrubs or wash your siding. - A friendly request letter would suffice. ... read more
