RecommendedVery Few parks where you Own the Land & your mobile home In this Park you can. Yes it is mostly 55 and above but it has been changing to some young family's. I love it and I like my Neighbors! 😁 I am Happy Here
This is a place filled with old people who harass the younger people who live in here. This is not a 55 plus community it’s a Subdivision. Not one person in this park is responsible for paying the monthly fee that they charge everyone. The lady in the office Pauline and the “president Beverly” are doing some very illegal things in the office. These people had the audacity to call my husbands job and report that he was parking in a “none public spot” it’s all bull crap. They do not own the spots and lee county does not honor ... read more
If you are a younger person you will be harassed. No matter what. Not a place to live if you have a family or want to raise your family!
Nice community but the board that runs the park doesn’t know a thing about running a community of this size
After 20 years it's a great place to live ! We have lost our car keys in the park between Lamplighter and Amber Lane .. If found please call 919 917 8038 Thank you
This is where we hope to be able to retire here... it is such a great place and so peaceful there...
