Lot rent keeps going up and now are charging for every little thing they can charge for. DO NOT rent anything from them, they make promises to get you in there and then won't fix anything. Water is always off. Write violations for small things and pay no attention to the big violations. Trash everywhere.

Just drive through the park . There is couches, mountains of trash, diapers, homes decaying all over! It is disgusting and revolting !

Do not move here. New management will not return calls when problems arise. Water is either off or leaking in lots for months. Some peoples lots are trashed and nothing said while other lots have minimal wrong but are wrote up. Traffic flow is crazy, speeding like on MacArthur. Cats and dogs running at large. Which is a rule but not inforced by management. In 16 years this is the Worst it has ever been.

Miss carol who manages the place is nothing but trouble. She picks on people with a disabilty and harrases people with a disabilty. She is a lier and allows junkies to live in the park but harrases good people. She does nothing but gossip about tenants to other tenants and she has her favorite people which are the junkies. And picks on the good people and harrass them. She has had 15 complaints made on her alone. She needs to be investigated.
