Very professional. Solved my lockout problem without damage to any hardware or equipment and saved the day in a critical situation. Easy to get a hold of and went above and beyond for an after hours call. Highly recommend and will be using in the future if the need arises!
Needed a key made for our vintage 1963 Shasta. Not an easy key to come by. Bill was great as we worked to obtain a blank that would work. Got blank and key made. Awesome, very happy.
No show on 4/7/17 👎. No phone call to say you were not coming over. Not a very good business practice!
Stopped in today to have my step sons keys made for his car. Ignition was a pain but no match for Bill. Saturns have an issue with the worn keys coming out and locking the steering while driving. It was a recall but not covered anymore. Local Chevy dealer wanted way too much to fix it. We have a small budget but Thanks to Bill for fixing it!
So last night we experiences our first lock out (at our new place) but Mobile Lock & Security were quick (10-15 minutes) and friendly! And now I know who to go to for locks since they were the ones who put them on our new place in the first place <3
